The 10K route will start in front of the Corn Palace, take you through the city streets of Mitchell and past the lake until looping back to finish in front of the Corn Palace.

10K RUNNERS
  • Start in front of the Corn Palace and run north to 7th Ave;
  • Turn left/west on 7th and go to Minnesota St.
  • Right/North on Minnesota St to Cemetery Road (23rd Ave)
  • Right/East at Cemetery Road (23rd Ave) & go east to Indian Village Rd
  • Turn Left/North on Indian Village Rd & follow this beautiful scenic road along the lake & head to N. Ohlman St.
  • LEFT on N. Ohlman to Cemetery Road (23rd Ave)
BE CAUTIOUS OF TRAFFIC - the last half mile of this section the sidewalk ends & you will have to run on the road. Be mindful of the traffic.
  • At Cemetery Road (23rd Ave) there will be a water station here, cross the road & head east to Minnesota St.
  • Right on Minnesota all the way to 7th St.
  • Left on 7th St to Main St
  • Right on Main to the Finish Line
